Mover Partner Service Agreement

By registering as a Partner Mover, you acknowledge that you are an independent owner-operator. To maintain the integrity of our platform and the "Moving Day" brand, you agree to the following binding terms:

Section 1: Reliability & The "No-Show" Mandate

• Zero Tolerance: Reliability is our primary product. A "No-Show" (failure to arrive at a confirmed job without 24-hour prior emergency notice) will result in immediate and permanent deactivation from the platform.

• Punctuality: You must arrive at the job site at the scheduled time. Arrivals more than an hour late without customer and dispatch notification will result in a formal "Late Strike." Three strikes in a 90-day period will result in account suspension.

2. Quality Control (The 3-Strike Rule)

• Damage Claims: Every partner is expected to use professional-grade pads, straps, and handling techniques.

• The Limit: If we receive three (3) verified damage claims regarding your crew, your partnership will be terminated. A verified claim is any damage to customer property or items where the mover is found at fault.

3. Dispatch Priority & Territory Competition

• The 2-Hour Rule: To ensure 100% customer fulfillment, any job posted in your service area that remains unclaimed for more than 2 hours will trigger an automatic recruitment drive for new mover registrations in that zip code.

• Incentive for Loyalty: Movers who maintain an acceptance rate of 80% or higher for jobs in their territory will receive "First-Look" priority notifications for all high-value moves.

• Market Saturation: If you consistently pass on available jobs, we reserve the right to increase the number of registered trucks in your area to ensure our customers are serviced.

4. Payment & Professionalism

• Booking Fees: You acknowledge that the customer pays a non-refundable booking fee directly to us. You are prohibited from asking the customer to "refund" or "credit" that fee against your labor total.

• On-Site Collection: You are responsible for collecting the remaining balance directly from the customer. You agree to charge only the rates quoted through our platform. Overcharging or "side-deals" are grounds for removal.

• Owner Presence: We hire the "little guy" because of the personal touch. The registered owner-operators company and equipment must be represented and present on-site. You may not subcontract these jobs to unvetted third parties.
